Overview
This policy applies to professional briefing and assessment services provided by Meadow Hub Analytics Co., Ltd.. It does not cover third-party freight, customs, or legal fees you incur separately.
Deposits
Lane assessments, customs analyses, and vendor audits require a fifty-percent deposit to open the data intake window. Monitoring retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. Deposits are non-refundable once intake has begun and analyst hours are assigned.
Cancellation by client
- More than ten business days before intake start: full deposit refund minus a KRW 80,000 administrative fee.
- Five to ten business days before intake start: fifty-percent deposit refund.
- Fewer than five business days before intake start: deposit forfeited; no refund.
Port disruption briefings ordered on expedited timelines cannot be cancelled once research has started (typically within four hours of confirmation).
Rescheduling
Briefing dates may be rescheduled once at no charge if requested at least five business days in advance. Late rescheduling may incur a KRW 150,000 fee if analyst time cannot be reallocated.
No-shows
If you miss a scheduled briefing without twenty-four hours' notice, we may charge for one hour of analyst time (KRW 220,000) before releasing final deliverables. Deliverables remain available once the fee is settled or the briefing is rescheduled.
Work already started
If you cancel after we have begun chart assembly or data analysis, you will be invoiced for hours worked at our standard analyst rate (KRW 220,000 per hour), credited against deposits paid. Any unused deposit balance is refunded within fourteen business days.
Partial refunds
If we deliver late beyond the agreed timeline without a force-majeure cause (port data outage, client data delay excluded), you may request a partial refund of up to fifteen percent of the engagement fee. Requests must be made within ten business days of delivery.
Non-refundable items
- Completed and delivered briefings, charts, and written reports
- Expedited surcharges once rush work has started
- Monthly retainer periods that have already begun
- Third-party data purchases made specifically for your engagement
Monitoring retainer cancellation
Retainers require six months' minimum term. After the minimum term, either party may cancel with thirty days' written notice. Prepaid months beyond the notice period are refunded pro rata.
Refund process
Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original bank transfer account. Contact info@utilitymeadowhub.click with your engagement reference and account details. Refunds are issued in Korean won.
Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delays caused by events outside reasonable control, including port closures, government data embargoes, or natural disasters affecting shipment records. We will offer rescheduling or a credit toward a future engagement before processing refunds in such cases.
