1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the website at utilitymeadowhub.click and professional services provided by Meadow Hub Analytics Co., Ltd. ("Meadow Hub," "we," "us"). By requesting a briefing, submitting an inquiry, or using this site, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
Meadow Hub provides supply chain risk assessments, port disruption briefings, customs delay analyses, vendor concentration audits, and related advisory deliverables for import-export teams. Deliverables are informational and analytical. We do not provide legal advice, freight booking, customs brokerage, or trade sanctions counsel.
3. Engagement & scope
Each engagement is defined in a written scope confirmation sent after an initial call. Fees, timelines, included lanes, and deliverable formats are binding only as stated in that confirmation. Work outside agreed scope requires a separate quote.
4. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate shipment records, vendor lists, and other data requested for analysis within agreed intake windows. Delays in data provision may shift delivery dates without liability on our part.
5. Intellectual property
Charts, written briefings, and appendices prepared for your engagement are licensed to you for internal business use upon full payment. We retain the right to use anonymised methodologies and non-client-specific templates. We will not publish your company name or identifiable shipment data without written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
Our deliverables rely on public port statistics, carrier schedules, and client-supplied records that may be incomplete or revised after publication. To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Korea, our total liability for any claim arising from an engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from routing, clearance, or procurement decisions you make using our materials.
7. Payment
Deposits and balances are due as stated in your scope confirmation. Late payment may pause delivery of final briefings. Prices on the website are indicative only.
8. Confidentiality
We treat client shipment data and vendor lists as confidential and restrict access to analysts assigned to your engagement. You agree not to redistribute our deliverables to third parties except your internal advisors and brokers who need them for operational decisions.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ulsan Metropolitan City, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. Active engagements remain governed by the Terms in effect when scope was confirmed.
